I’ve been coming to Kristen for awhile now, and she is, by far, the best provider I have ever had. Besides always listening and being there when I need her, I’ve grown to think of her as a good friend and someone I can talk to about literally anything, with zero fear of judgement. I often joke with her and tell her she can never retire until I’ve passed away, because at this point, I cannot see going to anyone else. I have enormous trust issues, so for me to say these things about anyone else, much less a provider, is an uncommon occurrence. For that matter, I think Rachel, Peyton, and the girls who do the triage downstairs are also amazing. The clinic has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and for people in struggle with addiction, this sort of environment is essential. People are welcomed warmly and with humor. Everyone really works well together and now that that Melanie has left the practice, (good riddance, IMO) I cannot say I’m very fond of everyone there. I’d have to say Magnolia, at least the Colfax location, is one of the best kept secrets, for anyone dealing with substance abuse and, really, just needing a warm friend.

No I would not recommend Megan Johnson instead of helping me through a meltdown I was chastised I paid them to chastise me instead of helping me get to the root of the problem she was so mean that I ended up crying and then using but I've been clean for so long but between the meltdown and being chastised and being an addict I didn't know how to deal with it still learning how to deal with big feelings parents never taught me how to deal with those

Dr kulick and all the other people that there are very understanding about your problems. I highly recommend magnolia medical to everyone And dr Kulick is super understanding about your situation.

I have been with Magnolia Medical since 2019. From Dr Rai, Jennifer ( no longer there but was great help) and Dr Rose and lastly Megan. Megan has been my most consistent dr that I see and I just want to say I greatly appreciate her from the bottom of my heart. I know I can talk an ear off sometimes and I get very emotional but she has been with me through thick and thin. So I just want to say thank you so very much Megan. You are awesome and very genuine and I appreciate you. I appreciate all of the staff at Magnolia. I can’t say I’ve had the any bad experiences thus far! Continue being great because I don’t know where I would be without this place!

Kelly Smiley is definitely the best at what she does. I've been going to Magnolia for almost 2 years, and without a doubt she and everyone there have been instrumental in any successes I've had over that time. They genuinely care and it shows. Megan and Kristyn could not be any nicer of doctors to see once a month. They assist me with my sublocade shot and make the experience as easy as possible. Also, beyond just assistance with my shot once a month, they connect with me on a human level often asking questions about my weekends and ski trips. The whole staff has been great to me. Never been rude and I’ve been in a lot of situations where I’ve ran out of medication due to me not planning ahead or something bad happening with insurance etc. and they consistently come through for me. Every single time like Kobe Bryant in the clutch. Especially Peyton!

Is completely professional when it comes to starting new medications. He actually listens to what I have to say. I have had doctor's in the past that acted like my opinion was invalid.

Very understanding, I felt like she was listening to what I had to say what was going on on my life and why I was unfortunately having to take medication that was not prescribed, but I think she may have forgot to talk to the doctor when she told me she would Talk to him about it. But other than that, she’s a fabulous doctor in person.

I have enjoyed working Kelly Smiley. She is concerned about my emotional, physical, and spiritual health. We had some differences and to her credit, we were able to discuss them, and I have a greater appreciation for her as a Dr in these moments. She listens to my concerns, asks good questions, and explains why she is prescribing meds or what other alternatives, to meds, etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking psychiatric help.

Since the first day here I have had a sense of helpfulness and caring from Dr. Johnson and the staff.

After many years of trying to stay sober I finally found a place that makes the hassle of getting my meds and and starting to get off them so much easier. I haven't had 1 problem here as long as we do the right thing this dr office has our back. The hard part is doing our part they do theirs good luck all 1 day at a time

I've been with Magnolia since I got sober almost 4 years ago - September 20th 2020! When I first started going to get treatment they were in the house off Colfax and now they have their own building! I've had nothing but respect from everyone at the clinic and I have given their info to a lot of the people I know need the help! Highly recommended for anyone struggling to get and stay sober!

After years of being prescribed, the same medication’s and doses, it took only one session with Dr. Matt to see that what I was being prescribed was completely off. I was taking medications that canceled each other out. And no other provider took the time to recognize that. I’m super excited to release start to heal under his guidance.

I was able to set a appointment with in 2 days with a very up beat and polite receptionist. After filling out the nessasary paperwork it didn't take long before I met the doctor which listened and understood where I was and what I needed .Even offered other avenues and clearly explained them in detail. I wholeheartedly give Blaine a five-star rating. Although I have only had three appointments with him, each experience has been exceptionally positive. Blaine exudes a non-judgmental demeanor and demonstrates an extraordinary level of compassion, making me feel at ease every time we meet. On the other hand, I can only give Magnolia a one-star rating. Recently, the company made the baffling decision to terminate several of their best employees without any justifiable cause. These employees consistently went above and beyond in their roles, providing exceptional care not only to me but also to many other patients. Their dismissal is both disheartening and disappointing, casting a dark shadow over Magnolia Medical Group's reputation. It will be exceedingly difficult for Magnolia to find replacements who match the dedication and competence of those they have let go, particularly following their merger with another MAT clinic. While Blaine's exceptional service stands out, the overall direction and decision-making of Magnolia Medical Group have been deeply unsatisfactory. This recent mishandling indicates a significant lapse in judgment and has led to a decline in the quality of care. If you are in search of a reliable MAT clinic, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr. Rai, Blaine, and Atlantis have been such a huge part of my recovery. I love how patient and attentive the entire office is in Wheat Ridge. I have not been the easiest patient due to insurance issues, and they have handled any issue with diligence and genuine care. If you are looking for a new office to help you in your journey, look no further! :)

He has been the bright light in my life. Whenever I feel down or i'm having issues he's there to help me. If you're ever looking for a doctor for help please go to him. I was on pain medication for twenty years. I It was the best decision ever made. Not only do I suffer from medication abuse prescribed by doctors. But since I've been with Blaine, he has giving me a path to a better life. I suffer from social anxiety and mental issues and he helps me out with that also. He always makes sure that he makes you feel that you are the only patient he has. Thank you so much for everything.. I truly recommend you coming to this clinic and to see them.And also the doctors on the other side they are awesome.

I'm so grateful for the magnolia clinic and all the stuff that work there. I was out of my Suboxone and with another provider who couldn't see me. The magnolia clinic took me in immediately. They made sure I got my right prescriptions and then some. I'm forever grateful for them. If you were serious about your recovery they will be there to help you all the way through there's always someone there that is able to tend to any need that you have. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been at the practice a few years now. I’ve recently begun seeing Kristyn, and I’m so glad I did. Some doctors in the past have made me feel unwelcomed but I’m always happy to see her for my monthly appointment!

This is the best place to go if you are serious about your health and getting off drugs. The staff and doctor are on your side and are so compassionate and understanding and have the utmost respect for their patients ...I would recommend them to anyone who is apprehensive about doctors..they give a whole new and refreshing outlook on every situation!..I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else!...i am positive anyone else will be pleasantly surprised and very happy (as well as healthy) with their services

I must say I’m not the most trusting person when meeting new people; age has somewhat made me cynical and jaded. However, Kristen immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is one of the most down to earth, genuine and friendly providers I have ever met. She makes you feel like a person, rather than an addict, while maintaining professionalism. I took a quick liking to her and hope to continue treatment with her. I feel that many doctors and providers somehow lose their company along the way; after 11 years I’ve seen it happen. But Kristen seems made for this job. My only regret is not discovering her sooner.

She has a great bedside manner, easy going and she is so good that I now trust her and anyone she recommends . Ask for Kelly smiley she loves what she does, that's what makes her warm and good.

Matt listens closely to what his patients say, neither lumping them into 'lots.' nor discrediting their experience and wisdom about their own lives. Instead, he listens attentively, asking probing questions, to get at what is really meant. -And, experienced. In so doing, I believe he is more able to truly help his patients on the road to recovery, whether, they're dealing with addiction, or simply a passing 'use' issue. 10/5 recommend.
